Your order will ship within 2 to 4 days for in stock items. If your item is not in stock the website will notify you prior to checkout and give you the option to place as a “Back Order”. If after your order is replaced and it is learned there isn’t enough stock to fulfill your order you will be notified and given the option of a full return of your payment or continue to wait for item to ship. Tracking will be provided and an email sent automatically with your tracking details.
It is your responsibility to make sure someone you trust or other secure arrangements made to ensure your delivery is not stolen.
Returns must be coordinated prior to shipment. Please contact email@example.com first. You have three business days from the date tracking shows receipt of item to request to return the item. Item must be in original boxing complete with item, accessories and literature. Cost to ship return is incumbent upon the one instigating the return. No label will be provided. Once item is received and inspected the refund will be issued.
Exchanges must be coordinated prior to shioment. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org first. If you order an item and determine it is the wrong size, you may return it for an exchange. Item must be shipped in new condition complete with item, accessories and literature. Cost to ship exchange is incumbent upon the one instigating the exchange. CPG will pay the shipping for up to one exchange. Subsequent exchange request shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds must be coordinated prior to shioment. Please contact email@example.com first. Once product is returned, insoected and determined to be in good condition, a refund will be issued back to the card used to make the purchase. Refund will include price of product only and not include any shipping costs.
